Refund policy.

§ 01

30-day window

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the report data is materially incorrect or the report never delivered. No questions, no friction.

§ 02

When refunds apply

  • The year, make, model, or VIN in the delivered report is wrong
  • The title history is missing records that NMVTIS or the equivalent source clearly has
  • The report fails to generate after a successful payment
  • You were charged twice for the same lookup
§ 03

When refunds don't apply

  • You received an accurate report and changed your mind
  • You found another provider for less
  • You wanted information that's only included in a tier you didn't buy (for example, you bought Buyer and wanted Auction-tier data)
  • The vehicle has no records in any database — that absence is itself the answer
§ 04

How to request

Email help@dino.vin from the email address on the order, with:

  • The report reference number (e.g., #PL-2026-XXXXX — it's in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A short description of why the refund is justified
§ 05

Processing time

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

§ 06

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we'll provide Stripe with the report you received and any related correspondence. Disputes resolve faster — and refunds usually process faster — when you email us first.
